What the rooms are for
Working spaces first, hire around them.
These are the rooms our own courses, test days and productions run in, so what is available depends on what is already booked into them. The Ken Adam Building at Pinewood holds the test room, the package, bench and rigging space, secure storage and prep space; it is where kit is prepped before it goes out and where a manufacturer’s product is benched before it goes in front of a unit. 3 Mills is the East London way in for people who cannot travel regularly to Pinewood, and studio simulations have run there. Liverpool and the wider North West are where the work started, and units still run there.

Tell us the site, the dates and the use
Which site, the dates and whether they are fixed or hopeful, what you are doing in the room and how many people are in it. If kit is involved, say so: the package is hired separately and quoted separately.

A call, then a written quote
If it is something we can do, a call settles the detail and a written quote follows, with the scope, the days and the assumptions on it. There is no rate card; the price is quoted for the job, and nothing is booked until you have said yes.

The site’s own rules
Studio sites carry their own rules on access and on who can be on the lot. Visitors to Pinewood are booked in ahead. We pass the conditions on before you commit, not after.
