Downloads and templates

The paperwork, free, because nobody should have to invent it twice.

Call sheets, risk assessments, kit lists, release forms, checklists and budget templates, alongside the production standard and the policy documents that a commissioner or a procurement team will ask for.

Use them however you like. No attribution required, no account, no email address, no licence to read. If one of them saves you an afternoon, that is the whole point.

The production standard

The Faith Inclusion Production Standard is finished, and it is the most useful document we hold.

Cultural safety is the operative idea behind Pillar 05 — Inclusive Representation, Cultural Safety and Community Access — and it means something specific: whether a person can be themselves on a unit, all day, for twelve weeks, without a running cost to doing so. Prayer, diet, dress, name, family obligation.

The Standard turns that from a values statement into something a production manager can schedule against. It is written for the person building the call sheet, not for the person writing the diversity paragraph in a funding bid.

What it covers

Prayer time and space, dietary provision, dress and grooming, religious observance in a shooting schedule, and how to ask without making somebody the subject of a meeting.

Who it is for

Line producers, production managers, first assistant directors, and anybody writing a schedule that other people have to live inside.

What it costs

Nothing, and it will stay nothing. It is more useful to us adopted widely than owned tightly.

Templates

The templates, and the ones marked free are free today.

Call sheet template

The standard fields, in the standard order, so a crew member can read it without hunting.

Free

Risk assessment template

Structured for a small unit rather than a studio safety department. Still needs a competent person to fill it in.

Free

Camera and equipment checklists

Prep, checkout and return, by department. Written from actual prep days rather than from a manual.

Free

Release and consent forms

Contributor, location and image consent. A starting point, and not legal advice.

Free

Shot list and continuity templates

Including a continuity sheet a script supervisor can work from.

Free

First-production budget template

Built for a first film with no budget line for the things that always cost money anyway.

Free

AI production checklist

The questions to settle before a production uses any AI tool, and who signs each answer off.

Free

Faith Inclusion Production Standard

The finished standard, as a downloadable document with its own page.

Every file here is a PDF unless it says otherwise, is produced from the drafted source document rather than exported from a web page, and carries its version number and the date it was last reviewed on the front page. If you need any of these in large print, plain text or another format, ask and we will produce it.

Policies and the procurement pack

Everything a commissioner asks for, before they ask.

The governance policy pack exists in full and is thorough. It includes safeguarding, equality and inclusion, health and safety, data protection, environmental and sustainability, whistleblowing, complaints, conflicts of interest, accessibility, and a policy governing evidence, claims and public wording.

DocumentStatus
The governance policy packWritten and complete. Our policies are published as drafted. Formal adoption is minuted at the next board meeting and the date is added here, policy by policy.
Procurement pack for productions and public bodiesCompany details, insurances, policies, social value evidence, accessibility commitments and references, in one downloadable place.
Insurance certificatesSent with the due diligence pack on request.
Social value evidenceSupervised trainee positions per production, asset-locked surplus, and local employment and spend figures mapped to your own reporting framework.

A policy without a board adoption date is a draft. We would rather show you a gap than a document that looks approved and is not.

Something missing

Tell us what you had to build from scratch.

The gaps in this list are the interesting part. If you found yourself at midnight inventing a document that ought to have existed, that is exactly the thing we should add next, and it will be free too.
