How Futures in Film is governed.
Company number 14621615, incorporated January 2023, with an asset lock in its articles. The governance policy pack covers safeguarding, equality and inclusion, health and safety, data protection, environmental and sustainability, whistleblowing, complaints, conflicts of interest, accessibility, and a policy governing evidence, claims and public wording.

Any policy in the pack can be sent to you.
Ask and the current version is sent, with anything else your due-diligence process needs.
Raising a concern
A route that does not go through the person involved.
Anyone can raise a concern directly. You do not need to be certain, and you do not need to give your name. A concern goes to the directors, is recorded, and you are told what happened. If it is about a director, or you would rather it did not come to us at all, the independent routes are listed on the concern page and none of them needs our involvement.
Futures in Film works with adults, including adults who may be at risk. There is no designated safeguarding lead in post and nothing we run involves anybody under 18. DBS checks are made where a role is eligible for one; eligibility is not automatic in adult training and we do not claim a level we cannot justify.
