What people have trained in, and who watched them do it.
Every recommendation comes from a practitioner who has worked with them: what they did, on what, and where they were strong.
Camera department
Trainees and 2nd ACs who have loaded, marked and run a cart on a working unit, including on 35mm.

Further training, shadowing, a supervised placement, CV evidence and credits. A pathway becomes visible and more realistic.

Taking somebody through.
A defined role on your unit, for defined dates, as training. They have held the grade on a production simulation: a working package, a call sheet, consequences. Paid, with a supervisor agreed in writing before the first day, and a debrief afterwards.
