A named working practitioner, matched to what you are trying to do next. A run of sessions with a written aim agreed at the start, so it does not quietly turn into coffee.

How the match works

Matched deliberately, and rematched without embarrassment.

You tell us the next step, not the dream: “trainee to 2nd AC” is matchable, “I want to be a DoP” is not yet. We propose one person and tell you why. You agree a written aim, and you check against it at the end.

If the match is wrong, say so and we rematch you, no explanation needed.
